CONCURS DE MEMORARE A VERSETELOR BIBLICE

BIBLE CONTEST 2021

The fourth annual BIBLE CONTEST that Bethany Church is planning and organizing this year is open to approximately the same age categories as in previous years, the only difference being that the upper limit is college level. Several days before the contest, the contestants (or parents) will be contacted to establish the exact time they should be present at the Christian Center. Contestants should arrive at CC at their appointed time to be tested by a panel of judges. Each contestant’s presentation will be recorded for internal archive purposes. The winners of the contest will be personally contacted after the contest, and the awards ceremony will be in the church sanctuary on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2021 at the morning service. We invite you insistently to motivate the children and youth in your families to sign up for this contest. Memorizing and learning Scripture is an essential discipline of the Christian life. Charles Chiniqui wrote, “You know, Oh God, that to that Bible, read on my mother’s knees, I owe, by Thy infinite mercy, the knowledge of the truth today; that the Bible had sent, to my young heart and intelligence, rays of light which the sophisms and dark errors of the world could never completely extinguish.”

Deadline: OCT. 5
