Increasingly more people are talking about the end of times. Not only theologians and preachers, but politicians, economists, sociologists, and scientists ... What, in fact, is the truth? Some of the records of our generation that clearly show the end times are:

1. Restoration of Israel;

2. Restoration of the Roman Empire;

3. The emergence of international terrorism.

In the second year of his reign, Nebuchadnezzar receives a dream whose meaning can not be known unless through the prisoner Jew, Daniel (Daniel 2:31-33). In this dream the king saw a picture of a man whose face was strange:

1. “The head of the statue was made of pure gold” (v. 32, 37-38)- Babylonian Empire. The supreme god of Babylon was Marduk, known as “the god of gold".

2. “…its chest and arms of silver…” (v. 32, 39)- Medo-Persian Empire. Medo-persians conquered Babylon in 539 BC. reigning around 200 years.

3. “…its belly and thighs of bronze…” (v. 32, 39)- Greek Empire. Under the leadership of Philip, followed by his son, Alexander, the Greeks have annexed more territory than any other empire up to that time.

4. “…its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay” (v. 33, 40-43)- The word 'iron' is used nine times to describe the Roman Empire in Daniel chapter two. This word will become the adjective that customizes Rome, 'iron hand of Rome', 'iron rule of Rome "iron fist of Rome ',' Iron Legions of Rome '... This empire was born fifty years before the Incarnation of the Savior and the “iron law of Rome" sentenced Him to death by crucifixion. Daniel understood from the vision that this empire will be divided, which happened in 539 AD when the Roman Empire split into two areas of government policy. The East side collapsed in 476, while the east side collapsed in 1453. Daniel saw in the prophecy that, in time, the empire will split into ten parts. Restoration of the empire began in 1930 when French politician Aristide Briand included 26 nations in the political body called the United States of Europe, which later was named the European Union. In 1948 there was the first action in Brussels, with only three countries - the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. In 1952, they joined Germany, France and Italy. In 1972, England, Ireland and Denmark joined the European Union and continued globalization. Politicians expect that in 2025, the European Union will include 44 countries, but it is surprising that among them will be Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia, Syria –the countries that once formed the Roman Empire.

Many years after Nebuchadnezzar's dream, 14 years before the fall of the Babylonian Empire, Daniel receives a vision from God, which completed the picture of the future. The offshore storm was sparked and “four great beasts, each different from the others, came up out of the sea" (Daniel 7:3). This time the four empires are presented as wild and ferocious beasts, while in the dream of the king’s they were presented as four parts of a human body. On the centralization of Europe, we see before our eyes that, from the ashes, the former Roman history is born, as a visible sign of the return of Christ. These days, in Hungary, 300 religious movements and associations will be outlawed, including Pentecostals and Adventists. Every political, social, and economic event fulfills the prophecy of the Book, the Bible, complementing the dark picture of the end of times. The Apostle of God said in the letter, “Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming ... "(2 Peter 3:11-12).
